Boeing Halted Work at Italian Dreamliner Plant

Boeing has ordered work halted at a fuselage assembly plant in Italy working on its marquee 787 Dreamliner aircraft, according to a report on an aviation industry blog.

Airbus urges speed sensor switch on A330/A340 Aircraft

Airbus has urged airlines to change the make of the majority of speed sensors on about 200 long haul aircraft.

Airbus has issued a bulletin to airlines recommending that they switch the parts, also known as pitots, to those made by US manufacturer Goodrich.
